FSN Capital has established its fifth fund, FSN Capital V L.P. The fund focuses on boyout investments of Nordic mid-sized growth-oriented companies operating in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The companies typically have a value of EUR 50-250m and operates in a broad range of industries and markets. Through active ownership, FSN Capital strives to support the companies in their tranformation to become more competitive, international and profitable – e.g. through globalization initiatives.
