FSN Capital has established its fourth fund, FSN Capital IV L.P. The fund focusses on buyout investments of Nordic mid-sized growth-oriented companies operating in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The companies it invests in have values typically between 50 and 250 million Euros and operate in a broad range of industries and markets. Through active ownership FSN Capital strives to support the companies’ transformation to become more competitive, international and profitable – e.g. through globalization initiatives.
