FSN CAPITAL IV ACQUIRES FIBO-TRESPO AS07/04 2015 FSN Capital has signed an agreement to acquire Fibo-Trespo AS and Respatex International Ltd (jointly “Fibo-Trespo”) from Byggma Group AS, following an exclusive, off-market process. Management will invest alongside FSN Capital and become significant shareholders going forward. Fibo-Trespo is the Nordic market leader within the wet room panel segment. The company offers a wide portfolio of high quality products and has won several awards for its lean production. Founded in 1952, Fibo-Trespo has developed from a local producer of panels to the undisputed Nordic market leader. Based in Lyngdal, Norway, the company employs around 110 people. Combining new innovative product launches with international sales focus, Fibo-Trespo has delivered organic sales growth of 12% CAGR over the last seven years. In addition to strong growth in its Norwegian home market, Fibo-Trespo has also become an international success story in markets such as the UK, Sweden and the Netherlands.
