Jens Peter is Toft is, among others, chief executive officer of Selskabet af 11. december 2008 ApS and its subsidiary, chairman of the board of MipSalus Holding ApS and its subsidiary, and vice-chairman of M. Goldschmidt Holding A/S. In addition he is a board member of Bitten og Mads Clausens Fond, Danske Invest, Danske Invest Select, Profil Invest, Procapture, Danske Invest Institutional, AP Invest, Civilingeniør N.T. Rasmussens Fond, Enid Ingemanns Fond, Fondet for Dansk Norsk Samarbejde, six subsidiaries of M. Goldschmidt Holding A/S, Solar A/S, Selskabet af 11. december 2008 ApS, Mahia 17 ApS and Dagrofa ApS. He is also a member of the investment committee of GRO Capital I.
For 25 years and up until the end of 2007, Jens Peter Toft worked for Danske Bank as, for example, deputy director, chief operating officer and Global Head of Corporate Finance.
