Capidea Kapital II focusses on Danish companies in the production industry and the trade and service sectors with a turnover of up to DKK 500 million. These companies are characterised by the fact that they either face a generational succession or have a significant unexploited growth potential. Capidea Kapital II will primarily make majority interest investments, but will also make minority interest investments if the company is deemed to have an attractive and substantial growth potential.
