Chairman of the board of William Demant Invest A/S, Copenhagen Airports, Codan A/S and its subsidiary (Codan Forsikring A/S), Montana Møbler A/S, Rockwool Fonden, Fonden for Entreprenørskab – Young Enterprise, the University of Southern Denmark, Oticon Fonden, Dansk Vækstkapital Komplementar ApS and TRAPHOLT Museum. Vice-chairman of Arp-Hansen Hotel Group and board member of Bornholms Mosteri A/S, Den Erhvervsdrivende Fond og Danmarks Underholningsorkster A/S.
In 1988 Lars Nørby Johansen was appointed Managing Director of Falck’s Redningskorps A/S and Falck Holding. In 1995 he was appointed Group Managing Director and from 2000-2005 he was Group Managing Director of Group 4 Falck A/S/Group 4 Securicor. In addition, Lars Nørby Johansen has experience with investments in ‘innovationsmiljøer’ (government backed pre-seed innovation incubators) and venture funds from his time as Chairman of the Board of CAT Invest.
